These people much enjoy writing negative things about businesses, who knows some people get off on that sort of thing. As for me im only leaving a rating to defend this poor little salon. My children and many of my friends children have been coming to this salon for many years. i have never experienced a wait nor an awful haircut. I will say there may be 1 or 2 hairstylist that yes you do want to steer clear of. Anyways... this salon is adorable and definantly worth a visit.

If you would like to get and estimated time and then wait 1/2 an hour after that time then use them, but if you want and honest time and you don't want to wait FOREVER. So don't use them if you don't want horrible customer service and if you don't want to wait forever.

I must have had a better experience than the rest of the reviewers because my kids had a lot of fun, and I thought the haircuts were good! It definitely depends on what stylist you get, so once you find one you like, then always ask for the same person. There is a playhouse for the kids while they wait, and a basket of toys for them to pick from while they are getting their haircut. The stylist will also add a "princess braid" for the girls which is very pretty, and if they want it, then they get glitter too. My girls really enjoyed themselves, and they got a good haircut.
